| 英文摘要 | Abstract A compact semiconductor module A compact semiconductor module comprising atleast one electronic device and atleast one synthetic jet actuator for cooling the electronic device. The synthetic jet actuator (1C) comprises a housing (2) defining a cavity (3) and having orifices (7) at one end of the housing and a diaphragm (5) at the other end of the housing and a displacer (6) for axial displacement of the diaphragm. The synthetic jet actuator is disposed axially in the proximity of the electronic device separated by an axial distance of 5-20mm and further comprises atleast one pair of diametrically opposite circular orifices (7) of uniform size at the one end of the housing at a pitch circle radius of 6-10mm with respect to the centre of the housing.
