英文摘要 | A method for manufacturing optical modules having excellent high-frequency properties that can be mass produced at low cost. Such a manufacturing method includes the following steps. First off, an optical device and an optical fiber are placed mechanically on an optical-alignment jig for optically coupling the optical device and optical fiber. Secondly, the optical device and optical fiber placed on the jig are bonded together to form a bonded part using a bonding material. Finally, the bonded part is removed from the jig and mounted to an optical module substrate. |
