英文摘要	The invention relates to an optoelectronic component comprising a light-emitting or light- receiving element (1) and a system carrier (9) supporting said element (1). The element (1) emits or receives light on a translucent surface (1a). An auxiliary carrier (2) which is made from a heat conductive material and which is at least permeable with respect to light in certain places or at least translucent is provided. Said carrier is connected to the system carrier (9) and thermally coupled with the element (1). The invention also relates to a method for the production of said optoelectronic component.
