英文摘要PURPOSE:To eliminate a shift in fiber position against an external force by fitting a ring-shaped spacer to a cylindrical bearing part and coupling and holding the terminal of an optical fiber at different positions of the spacer in the direction of the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:The flange part of the ring-shaped spacer 7 which is inserted into and fitted to the terminal of the optical fiber 6 is welded to the bearing part 4 and the cylinder part end and hole part of the spacer 7, and the metallic pipe 5b of an optical fiber are welded and fixed. Namely, the terminal is fixed at three different weld positions 10a-10c in the axial direction of the optical fiber. Therefore, the metallic pipe 5b of the optical fiber 6 and ring-shaped spacer 7 are supported at the weld parts 10b and 10c when an external force operates in an X, Y, or Z direction. Consequently, an optical coupling state which is stable to position and angular displacement is obtained.
