英文摘要 | PURPOSE:To prevent dewing on the surface of a collimator lens even when an abrupt change occurs in the ambient temperature while keeping the heat radiating property of a laser unit in a good condition by constituting a collimator lens barrel by combining a heat insulating member and magnetic metallic member. CONSTITUTION:A collimator lens barrel 8 is constituted of a resin section 8a for holding a collimator lens 4 and a magnetic metallic section 8b which is arranged on the side attracted by an electromagnet for adjustment and both sections are molded to one body by sticking or by use of insert molding. Various kinds of resin materials having low heat conductivity can be used as the resin material for the resin section 8a and a ring-like molded member of iron, etc., can be used for the magnetic metallic section 8b. Since the heat insulating resin section 8a is formed as the collimator lens 4 holding section such way, dewing on the surface of the collimator lens 4 can be prevented even when an abrupt change occurs in the ambient temperature and, since a chip base 10 and 1st and 2nd holders 7 and 9 holding a laser chip 3 are made of the metal, the heat produced when the laser is driven can be radiated efficiently. |
