英文摘要	The invention relates to medicine, namely to the vascular surgery for infants, and can be used for the treatment of hemangiomas in children. A method is characterized by taking a beta-blocker propranolol, the estimated therapeutic dose is determined according to body weight. At the first day ¼ of the estimated therapeutic dose is prescribed, increasing it in the next three days every day on ¼, over the next 6-8 months a daily intake of propanolol is prescribed. The taking is completed by gradual removal of the drug by reducing the daily dose by ¼ every 7 days. After receiving propranolol additionally laser photothermolysis of surface residual elements of hemangiomas is performed by means of diode laser with wavelength of 940 nm in pulsed mode with interval between sessions of 6 weeks. The total treatment period is 8-14 months.
