中文摘要Functionalized superparamagnetic particles were prepared by graft polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate and methacryloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride onto the surface of modified-Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The resultant particles were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and vibrating sample magnetometry. The results indicate that the polymer chains had been effectively grafted onto the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The functionalized particles remained dispersive and superparamagnetic. Lipase was immobilized on the magnetic particles under mild conditions by electrostatic adsorption and covalent binding with the activity recovery up to 70.4%. The immobilized lipase had better thermal stability compared to free lipase.
