中文摘要An improved liquid chromatography method coupled with diode array detector was developed for the simultaneous determination of lutein, b-carotene and lycopene in tomato epicarp and products. The separation was achieved on a YMC C30 column with gradient elution of methanol and methyl tert-butyl ether. The improved method was simple, rapid, linear and sensitive for the simultaneous determination of the three carotenoids in tomato products.
