英文摘要Nowadays, Sustainable development is a so significant basic national policy on constructing socialism modernization in China that it must be implemented systematically in all regions. The degree of sustaining development of water resource system (DSDWRS) has become a bottleneck for economic development. To meet every department's future need of water resource, DSDWRS must be explicitly evaluated and analyzed in order to supply scientific gist for water resource system's reasonable planning and allocation. In this paper, a new evaluating model for DSDWRS determines the weight of index of water resource by analyzing its information entropy, and an attribute recognition model based on entropy weight (ARMEW) is proposed. For the uncertainty of water resource' index, determining weight with information entropy does a better job than subject decision method because the relative importance of all indexes can be objectively reflected. As a case study, ARMEW is used to Hanzhong Basin, and its evaluating result is compared with that of Fuzzy judged method (FJM): ARMEW gains not only consistent result as FJM does, but also a better resolution.
