中文摘要inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (icp-oes) combined with chloride generation was used for the determination of inorganic germanium(inge) in the health foods. in this study, 12 mol/l hcl was used as the carrier solution, the concentration of hcl in sample solution was 6 mol/l, and the pressure of the nebulizer gas as the carrier for the volatile gecl(4) was set at 0. 14 mpa. the results showed that the linear range for inge detection was 2-500 mu g/l, with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9997, and the detection limit(3) of 0. 6 mu g/l was obtained. the detection precision(rsd) for 10 measurements of 10 mu g/l inge was 4. 9%, and for 100 mu g/l inge was 0. 9%. the mean recovery of real sample analysis ranged from 83% to 97% for spiked 10 and 100 mu g/l of inge.
