中文摘要 | The cyclotron resonant frequencies of an exciton in a GaAs/Ga1-xAlxAs quantum-well structure have been studied. The results show that the cyclotron resonant frequency omega(c)* is lower than omega(LO) as a result of the electron-hole Coulomb interaction, and omega(c)* is a function of the quantum-well width, and does not exhibit ''pinning'' at a frequency near that of the TO phonons. |
