英文摘要 | Spring wheat is one of the main crops in Qinghai province,for a long time,breeders focused on the promotion of prouction rather than the quality,resulted in the poor quality of spring wheat,therefore,it is necessary to raise the quality of spring wheat in Qinghai province.Breeding new spring wheat with high yield and high quality adapting to the severe environment ,such as high altitude,strong ultraviolet radiation,little rainfall,is an important programme.As experiment practice indicates that evaluation of spring wheat is helpfel in raising efficiency in breeding programme, 49 spring wheat cultivars were selected in this programme,we studyed main traits of the cultivars,SDS sedimentation,Glutenin swelling index,HMW-GS composition, several conclusions are as follows: 1.Four principal composition with their cumulative variance proportion 76.36%,were extracted among nine traits.spike number with its characteristic vector 0.859 devote most to the first principal component,while 1000-grain weight,flag leaf area,unit weight devote the most to the second,third and fourth principal component.Thus,these four traits should be focused on during the breeding programme. 2.Experimental cultivars were divided into 14 types at coefficient 0.10 through cluster analysis.5 types include only 1 cultivar,they are Moyin No2,Gaoyuan448,Xinzhe No9,Ningchun26,Zhangchun811 separately,3 types include 2 cultivars,while typeⅥ,Ⅺ,Ⅲ include 11,8,6 cultivars,this indicates that the genetic background of spring wheat in Qinghai province is very narrow,it is necessary to broaden the genetic background of spring wheat in Qinghai province during breeding programme. 3.Correlation analysis indicates that the coefficent between SDS sedimentation value and Glutenin swelling index is 0.561,significant at 0.01 level,these two quality index can be substituted by each other in evaluating quality of spring wheat. 4.In this study,13 alleles were detected in Glu-1 locus,2 for Glu-A1,7 for Glu-B1,4 for Glu-D1.The Nei’s genetic coefficient of Glu-A1,Glu-B1,Glu-D1 is 0.47,0.70,0.22 separately.The highest apperance frequcy of subunit in locus Glu-A1,Glu-B1,Glu-D1 is N(61.22%),7+8(42.86%),2+12(87.76%). 5.The quality of spring wheat in Qinghai province need to be improved as high quality subunit 5+10 wasn’t detected in this experiment.A new subunit 2-1+12 was detected in composition N,7+8,2-1+12 and N,7+9,2-1+12,effect of subunit 2-1+12 should be further studyed while the composition of high quality subunits is more important than a single subunit. |
