中文摘要建立和田绿洲土地利用动态监测系统,整体、系统的监测绿洲内部土地变化,是研究绿洲时空演变、形成机制的重要内容,也是本篇论文的首要出发点。本文在结构安排上主要分为两大部分。第一部分是基本理论,包括两个章节。主要概述了土地动态监测的意义,利用新方法、新技术的一般步骤,以及遥感和地理信息系统的技术优势。第二部分是实践应用,包括三个章节,是本文的主体部分。详细介绍了和田绿洲土地利用动态监测系统的建设过程和部分应用。第三章概述了和田绿洲的自然和社会经济状况。第四章主要介绍了系统的建设。系统建设以软件工程为指导,按照系统的可行性分析、需求分析、数据源分析、总体设计、数据库及数据流、软硬件环境、功能实现和系统界面等一系列步骤,安部就班,循序渐进,环环相扣的实施完成。第五章是系统的部分应用。以50年代和90年代两期影像数据为基础,研究了和田绿洲40多年以来的绿洲内部变化情况,对变化进行了分析,得到了一系列专题图件和相关统计数据。文章的最后是结语。概述了系统的特点、应用的主要结果,下一步应做的工作和亟待日后改进的不足之处。总之,本文以建设和田要洲土地利用动态监测系统为主,并辅之以系统应用,实现了一套高效便捷、切实可行的集成系统,为开展绿洲土地利用动态监测研究提供了一种解决思路。Constructing the land use dynamic monitoring system of Hetian oasis to monitor the changes wholly and systemically in the oasis, is the important content to research the spatial and temporal evolution and forming mechanism about oasis, and also is first motive to write the dissertation. In this article, there are two parts. The first one is basic theory, including two chapters which mainly summarize the importance of land use dynamic monitor, the shortcoming of the traditional researching methods, the main steps to use new method and new technology (such as RS and GIS) and the technological advantages to use RS and GIS. The second is practical application, including three chapters that are the main content. In this part, minutely introducing the establishing process and part application of the land use dynamic monitoring system. We summarize the nature and the social economy about Hetian oasis in third chapter and mainly introduce the construction of system which is completed orderly under the direction of software project and accordance to a series of the steps: the feasible analysis, the requiring analysis, the analysis of data resource, the main designed project, database and data flow, the environment of software and hardware, the realization of functions and the interface of system in forth chapter. In fifth chapter, we introduce the part application about system, for example, basing on the two remote sensing images of 50s' and 90s', we monitor the changes during the more 40 years inside of Hetian oasis and analyze the reasons of changes and obtain a series of related statistic data and thematic maps. The final part is the conclusion, which summarize innovation and next works and the defects that should be improved. Briefly, we take the construction of land use dynamic monitoring system of Hetian oasis as dominant content and take the application f system as secondary content. Through the establishment of effective and feasible integrated system, we provide a solving approach to research land use dynamic monitor of oasis.
