中文摘要本论文是参加国家863计划资助项目《新疆兵团生态资产遥感定量评估业务运行系统研究》课题,承担研究任务的部分成果。生态资产是生态系统生物资源直接价值及生态其生态服务功能价值的总和,对生态资产价值进行评估是政府宏观决策和生态环境建设的必要条件。针对干早区支撑资源开发的生态环境相对比较脆弱,制约资源利用的自然灾害十分频繁,大规模人类活动和工程建设诱发的土地沙漠化与盐渍化、草场退化、河湖水质恶化、生物多样性减少等一系列生态环境问题日趋严重这一情况,本论文进行干早区生态资产遥感定量模型和技术体系的研究。在3s技术的支持下,本文利用地面LandsatTM数据、中巴卫星数据、气象数据和MODIS数据,以及地表覆盖类型和野外测定观测数据等生态参数,在传统生态学生态资产单位面积价值研究的基础上建立了基于遥感定量测量的生态资产价值评估模型,以昌吉地区1990、1995、2003年生态资产评估的时空分析为例,开展生态资产遥感动态测量,与GDP进行比较分析,并编制了生态资产空间分布图,分析了其空间分布特征。论文.内容主要集中在以下几个方面:1.生态资产的基本概念和国内外研究进展;2.生态资产评估方法与以昌吉为例开展生态资产评估;3.生态资产定量评估模型建立(植被参数遥感测量模型、生态资产各项评估指标的计算模型);4.干早区生态系统生态资产测量与昌吉地区生态资产评估的空间分布;5.昌吉地区的生态资产的价值与。P比较分析。研究结果表明:昌吉地区生态资产1990年、1995年、2003年分别为1473.68、1661.60、1778.95亿元人民币,生态资产的分布具有从高山向平原,从绿洲向荒漠逐渐减少的趋势,具有和干早区植被地带性分布一致的特征。其测量结果可以更加客观地反映干早区生态资产及其空间分布的现实情况,为今后开展相关研究奠定了良好的基础,同时可将生态系统服务功能研究与区域规划相结合,使之成为区域规划的一个重要依据。Ecological capital is the sum of direct value and ecological service fimction value resulting from ecosystem biotic resources. It is necessary for the government to assess ecological capital in the process of macro-decision-making and ecological environment construction. The ecosystem environment of arid area is relatively vulnerable. Large-scale mankind's activity and engineering construction gradually result in serious environmental issues such as land desertification, soil salinizatioiL, grass field deterioration and biodiversity reduction. The quantitative measurement theory and the ecological capital calculating methodology in arid area was introduced in this thesis. In this thesis, base on the research achievements of the methodology of calculating per unit area ecological service value and the support of RS, GPS and GIS, the RS-based quantitative measurement of assessing the ecological capital developed by using the Landsat TM data, CBERS satellite data, meteorological data, MODIS satellite data and ecological data. A case study on the Spatial Analysis of the assessment of ecological capital in Changji Hui autonomous in 1990* 1995 and 2003 is carried out Maps of the spatial distribution of ecological capital in the study area are charted, and the characteristics of the spatial distribution of ecological capital are analyzed. The main contents of this thesis are as following aspectses:!. to introduce the basic conception and assessing method of the ecological capital, with domestic and international research progress.2. to develop the model of assessing the ecological capital.3. to discuss a case study on the assessment of ecological capital in Changji Hui Autonomous. 4 to compare the ecological capital with GDP in the study area. The results show that the total ecological capital in the study area in 1990, 1995 and 2003 were 1.47368*10 Yuan RMB, L6616*10n Yuan RMB and 1.77895*10n Yuan RMB respectively. The distributions of the ecological capital reduced from the alpine zones to the plains and from the oases to the deserts, which accords with the distribution of the vegetation zonality. The results can objectively reveal the spatial distribution of the ecological capital on arid areas, and can also provide the reference for the further study in future.
