| 英文摘要 | This dissertation consists of seven chapters altogether. The first chapter reported the chemical constituents from Isodon xerophilus [(C. Y. Wu et H. W. Li) H. Hara]. The second chapter described the amount variation of the total diterpenoids in I. xerophilus(IXD) from varied producing areas and various collecting seasons. The third chapter is comparative evaluation of structure-activity relationships in cytotoxities on human tumor cell lines and mouse T、B lymphocytes of a series ent-kauranoids from I. xerophilus. In fourth chapter, we screened anti-cancer effects in vitro of IXD and two new compounds. Then we studied the effect on cell circle and apoptosis induction of IXD in human leukemia K562 cells. The fifth chapter studied the mechanisms of apoptosis induced by xerophinoid B on K562 cells. In addition, the differentiation induction of xerophinoid B on leukaemia cells were investigated. The sixth chapter introduced the elementary research on anti-tumor properties of Eriocalyxin B by human cDNA microarray. The last chapter, we summarized the recent developments of bioactivities of kaurenoids during 1995-2006. |
