By using both biblometric and content analysis, this project deschribes the phonenmen of the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (Taipei) through analysis its research paper and working paper in order to evaluate the R & D productivity of the collaborative insititution，and for designning the database of digital resource store and developing the common building and sharing resource. To other libraries and their information work, the process includes “biblometric- content analysis- information system- communications- deposit” is proposaled.This explore study can be developed in future, because it evluate the grey literature, which not include in the traditional scientometric.
