中文摘要降低风扇噪声是环境工程中的重要问题。用气动声学方法设计低噪声风扇面临气动力学与声学两方面理论上的困难。将微穿孔板结构用于降低风扇噪声存在气流改变微穿孔板声阻抗的问题。本文将微穿孔板结构用于降低风扇噪声:按无气流条件的线性理论设计了微穿孔板结构参数;通过三组实验发现:在风扇附近安置微穿孔板结构能够有效地降低风扇噪声,仅10cm长的穿孔带就能达到平均5.7 - 7dB的噪声降低量,而无气流的喇叭声源只能达平均1.2dB的噪声降低量。风扇与穿孔带的相对位置很重要,当风扇位于穿孔带内时会因为个别频率处的声压级升高而出现总声级增高现象,此由在风扇周围的穿孔带贴胶带纸被证实与穿孔带处的法向气流有关。这样的结果还没有发现有文献记录。本文还提供了一些对此的分析解释。
英文摘要Reducing fan noises is an important problem in the field of environmental engineering. It is very difficult to resolve the aerodynamic and acoustics theory associated with low noise fan design. Applying microperforated-panel construction to reducing fan noises will meet the problem that the acoustic impedance of microperforated-panel will be changed by flow. This paper applied microperforated-panel construction to reducing fan noises. First, the structure parameters of microperforated-panel construction were designed according to linear theory without flow. Second, it was discovered from three series of experiments that an microperforated-panel band of a length of only 10cm could produce an average of 5.7-7dB noise- reducing when the microperforated-panel band was very near to the fan, while it could only produce an average of 1.2dB noisereducing. Also, the distance between the fan and the microperforated-panel band is very important. When the fan was placed in the microperforated-panel band, the sum SPL will lift because of the SPL lifted at some single frequencies. These the SPL lifted at some single frequencies was proved to be associated with the through flow toward the orifices at fan wing tips by stapling adhesive film to the microperforated band at fan. No such results are present in the documents. This paper try to provide an explanation to the large noise-reducing when the fan is placed very near to the band and two explanations to the SPL lifting when the fan is placed in the band. It is still needed to testify these explanations.
