英文摘要	Amplitude stability system of the 200kw RF generator had been completed and successfully used in the injector (SFC) of HIRFL. The system can be equivalent to a negative feed-back circuit, which stabilizes the RF voltage of the cyclotron at rate of 1.7×10^-4, so that the extraction efficiency and energy spread of the beam can be improved.
