英文摘要	The negative KdV hierarchy is reobtained from the conformal invariance of its Schwartz form. By means of the Schrodinger operator, the negative KdV hierarchy can be rewritten to an equivalent differential equation system. The new method used for the KdV equation can be extended to get more symmetries from known ones for arbitrary partial differential equations without using a recursion operator. The general theory can also be used as a new criterion to verify whether a model is integrable or not. Using the new method on the KP equation, a set of infinitely many nonlocal symmetries and then a negative KP hierarchy is obtained. The negative KP hierarchy can also be written as an equivalent differential equation system by using two "time (y)" dependent Schrodinger operated. The only difference between the negative KdV hierarchy and the negative KP hierarchy is that one time independent Schrodinger operator in the KdV case is replaced by two time dependent Schrodinger operators in the RP case. A (2 + 1)-dimensional sinh-Gordon hierarchy is obtained from the negative KP hierarchy by using the (2 + 1)-dimensional Miura transformation.
