英文摘要	Paracel Islands are located in the low-latitude tropical area, and the natural disasters are more serious. At the same time, Paracel Islands are far from the land and their area is smaller, so the ecosystem is fragile, which limited the exploitation and utilization of islands to some extent. Besides, Paracel Islands are closely linked with marine rights and interests, and have important political and military value. According to the geographical features, the risk sources in Paracel Islands were differentiated on the analysis of history data and the assessment of present status. These sources were divided into three categories: natural disasters, exploitation and utilization, marine rights and interests maintaining.
