Research on Monitoring the Warm Water of Nuclear Power Using Landsat-8 Satellite Image

英文摘要The warm water of nuclear power affects the oceanography environment seriously. Thermal infrared remote sensing is an important technology method to monitor the warm water of nuclear power. Based on radiation transfer equation, this paper developed the remote sensing inversion of the sea surface temperature around Tianwan nuclear power station with Landsat-8 satellite image acquired in 2013-11-15, carried out accuracy analysis, combination with synchronized MODIS SST product. The results show that: the highest temperature of study area was 26 degrees C, and the biggest difference was 14 degrees C;combination with MODIS SST product, the average absolute error is 2.35 degrees C, the average relative error is 17.33%; due to the affection of river and tidal current, the warm water tongue spread in a northeast direction, and the area with higher temperature is about 23km(2); analysis of two spatial profiles show a trend of decreasing from the waterspout to the open seas with different falling ranges.
