英文摘要 | A system is described for the prediction of oil spills movement and the suggestion on response operations. It can provide the movement and fate of oil spills, optimized recommendations of arrangement and delivery of equipments and response workforce, simulation of cleanup effect, sequence of preferential protection of sensitive resources, as well as recovery approaches and treatment of oiled waste collections. As a platform for oil spill management, the system will be able to provide services through internet. © 2011 Springer-Verlag. |
