英文摘要Radar monitoring of oil pollution of marine oil rigs could detect oil spill pollution incidents timely, and determine the location and area of pollution sources more quickly. It could also make field work more efficient and reduce the marine monitoring risks. In this paper, according to the needs of the marine oil rig's routine oil spill monitoring, a system is introduced that can fulfill the post-processing of the primary radar scan image data, realizing oil information extraction, integration of oil data, query and statistical analysis of oil data automatically. It provides a strong technical support for oil spill monitoring of marine oil platforms and its surrounding areas in China and follow-up emergency response.
