英文摘要 | The principals and usabilities of external standard combined with internal standard normalization calibration methods in laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS) in-situ multi-element raster analysis were examined. The limitations in practical application of matrix normalization were also discussed. The determination of internal standard in samples by other micro analysis technique, which is needed in internal standard calibration, is not indispensable in external standard combined with internal standard normalization calibration. In-situ zoning information study and spatially resolved analysis in rock or minerals, where internal standard elements are difficult to choose for their heterogeneous distribution, can be easily accomplished by this calibration method. It not only let it come true that calibration with one more external standard, which can't be done with matrix normalization of directly external standard, but also promoted the application of raster, a kind of laser ablation mode. Forth-five kinds of elements were determined with this calibration method comblining with raster ablation mode in natural garnet, which has clear zoning configuration in elements distribution. The results were agreed well with those obtained by ablating spots traditionary. |
