英文摘要Although the third-party online payments gain the trust of more and more consumers, they still have a lot of problems and conflicts and lead to consumer concerns. To reduce consumer concerns and help the industry step into a sound development track, the paper aims to research on consumers' perceived risks of third-party online payment. Started from analyzing development of third-party online payment by using Google Trends, found risk-points in third-party online payment based on literature research, and tested with web-based text mining tools to verify conducted focuses. After a questionnaire survey, the related statistical analysis and hypothesis testing, we find that the website security are not significant, significant degree of other factors' descends in turn, namely: fund security, client security, personal information security, trade legitimacy. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, we offer some suggestions for third-party online payment.
