英文摘要Usually, there are different objectives and units of measurement related to technique, cost and time in R&D process, which make it more complicated to select R&D methods, let alone decision making Kith comprehensive consideration of the balance among them. The theory of multi-objective programming, mixed integer programming and critical path is herein used to establish a multi-objective programming model. In this model, constraints are based on the respective objectives of the factors and the balance among them while the objective function is minimizing the sum of the weighted relative deviation of each object. Besides being used to optimize decision making in the R&D process of complicated equipment, this model is a general form and can also be used in the development of other projects in other fields.
