英文摘要 | Along with the development of photovoltaic technologies, it has always been an essential issue to improve the film quality of the absorber, and thus the resulted device performance.In perovskite solar cells, it is even more important to achieve a delicate control of film growth of photoactive layers due to its hybrid nature.Here, for the first time, we demonstrate a novel technique to fabricate perovskite thin film by introducing a weak coordination additive(e.g.acetonitrile) into the perovskite precursor.With this method, we successfully control the nucleation/growth rate by the judicious selection of additives during film formation.The underlying mechanism regarding the perovskite film growth is thoroughly studied based on the combined characterization including SEM, FTIR, DLS, and XRD.The corresponding perovskite film shows extraordinary large grain size, crystallinity, and carrier lifetime, leading to an enhanced efficiency of 19.7%, with stabilized efficiency of 17.5%.This study also reveals a wide spect...; Along with the development of photovoltaic technologies, it has always been an essential issue to improve the film quality of the absorber, and thus the resulted device performance.In perovskite solar cells, it is even more important to achieve a delicate control of film growth of photoactive layers due to its hybrid nature.Here, for the first time, we demonstrate a novel technique to fabricate perovskite thin film by introducing a weak coordination additive(e.g.acetonitrile) into the perovskite precursor.; 中国可再生能源学会光化学专业委员会; 1 |
