英文摘要In this paper we propose an ultrasonic defect detection method for thick-walled filament-wound composite tubular structures based on the Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT). Defect locations and sizes in the composite layers and composite-steel interface as well as the steel thickness are evaluated. Moreover, a Data Acquisition System (DAQ) is built and the collection, storage, processing and visualization of the C-Scan testing results are all automatically achieved by the system. The results show that the Gabor wavelet performs well for defect detection in composite layers and interface. The detection results of defect locations and sizes are in consistence with the real information of embedded defects. ? 2015 Taylor & Francis Group, London.; EI; 27-32
