英文摘要	召开新生家长会,向家长和新生宣传学校的教育教学情况、人才培养理念及工作思路,有助于学校与家长达成共识、形成教育合力。学校可以通过座谈会、茶话会、冷餐会等形式组织新生家长会,充分发挥其宣传引导作用和育人功能。; Gathering freshmen＇s parents to brief them on the school＇s general situation of teaching,its talent training philosophy and work plans is a good way for the university and the parents to reach a consensus and stay in alignment.Parents can be invited to forums,tea parties,buffet parties,etc.to get information and involve themselves in the work of guiding and educating their children.; 0; 2; 25-27
