英文摘要通过浸泡方式制备磷化修饰WE43镁合金,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法表征修饰后镁合金的表面微观结构,通过电化学方法测试材料的抗腐蚀性能,同时,利用MTT法和溶血率试验法比较了修饰和未修饰镁合金材料的生物相容性。结果表明,磷化修饰能大幅度地提高WE43镁合金的耐腐蚀性及生物相容性。; Phospahting coated WE43 magnesium alloy was prepared by an immersion method. The microstructure, corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of the coated alloy were investigated. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to examine the microstructure and the composition of the coated alloy. The corrosion resistance was studied by means of potentiodynamic polarization method and the biocompatibility of the surface modified WE43 alloy was evaluated by (3-(4,5)-Dimethylthiazol-2, yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) and hemolysis test.
