英文摘要	From 1970s, there are always financial crisis over the world, brings a lot of uncertainties to the economy development of every country, especially the increases risks of commercial banks. These unstable economy situations result in the weakness of financial structure, so that commercial banks no matter in developing countries and developed countries have trouble with non-performing assets problems.
