英文摘要	Based on existing general language analysis resources and techniques, combined with the characteristics of scientific and technical literature, guided by the principle of serving the knowledge abstraction and intelligent information retrieval, aimed at a certain field (medical science), by studying the key techniques, theories and methods in the construction of semantic resources (semantic knowledge bases, semantic tagged corpora, core algorithms and tools, etc.), this paper, after tagging the deep semantic relations among the texts at the three hierarchies of word, sentence and chapter level, builds up a multi-language data resource base for the text content understanding of scientific and technical literature, which would further support the in-depth analysis and precise understanding of its content, thus providing data basis and technical support for realizing the real merging of the knowledge resources of scientific and technical literature. ?
