英文摘要Zinc oxide nanowires grown on the tungsten tip were studied by field emission microscopy (FEM).The field emission images and the current versus voltage characteristics of zinc oxide nanowires under different annealing conditions were studied. The formation of the field emission images of the zinc oxide nanowires was discussed. Optimized annealing temperature of zinc oxide nanowires was obtained.; EI; 0; 3; 199-202; 24
