英文摘要 | In order to find the mechanism of surface modification on layered materials, experiments on the surfaces of graphite and molybdenum disulphides have been performed by applying a positive tip voltage pulse between the tip and the sample. With certain pulse parameters, holes and hillocks have been made alternatively on graphite and only hillocks on molybdenum disulphides. A detailed explanation is given.; Materials Science, Multidisciplinary; Physics, Applied; SCI(E); 1 |
