英文摘要 | Implementation of a continuous knowledge discovery has been attracting more and more interests from Web. The Web continues to grow at a tremendous rate. Search engines find it increasingly difficult to provide useful results. To manage this explosively large number of Web documents, automatic clustering of documents and organizing them into domain dependent directories became very popular. Aiming at the problems in current network environment, such as imperfect expression of domain knowledge, low reuse rate and lack of reasonable theory reference models, we put forward the information integration method of Semantic Web based on Pervasive Ontology (SWPO method), which will integrate, analyze and process enormous web information and discovery knowledge on the basis of semantics. With SWPO method as the clue, we mainly study the method of concept extraction based on uniform semantic term mining, pervasive ontology construction method on account of multi-points and the knowledge discovery in view of semantic inference. Meanwhile, for the problem that the Automatic Abstracting lacks semantic model in current network environment, we present the structural model of the Automatic Abstracting system by applying pervasive ontology, and from which we adopt OWL language to describe domain ontology and use Jena inference engine to infer and extract the semantic relation among words. In this way, the precision of the system is improved. In the system testing, the precision has reached 85%, and recalling rate is 92%.
