英文摘要 | A ring surface acoustic wave filter on high electromechanical coupling coefficient substrate is demonstrated. The insertion loss is 1.9dB and the 3dB fractional bandwidth is 30%. The filter also shows linear phase characteristics and low-passband ripples.
