英文摘要 | In this paper, we proposed a measurement-based admission control (MBAC) algorithm for adaptive real-time applications in wireless IP network. In our algorithm, admission test is performed over successive time scale based on the maximal link busy time (MBT), which provides an upper bound for admission test.
