英文摘要The synchronization process of coupled phase oscillators is further investigated in this Letter. Coupled with a new adaptive scheme, the network can be stable in a middle state which oscillates between the synchronization state and the asynchronous state, namely there exists a third steady state. We call this novel phenomenon 'order-oscillation'. Related results and detailed analysis are given at last. Crown Copyright (C) 2009 Published by Elsevier B.V.
