中文摘要	土地利用与土地覆盖变化是引起区域乃至全球环境响应的重要原因，尤其是承载了复杂人类活动的城市用地的变化对区域环境的影响更加显著。本文选取干旱区绿洲城市乌鲁木齐为研究对象，从区域和城市内部两个层次分析城市用地的变化过程，然后分阶段探讨了城市用地扩展的机制，又以城市扩展为出发点来解释城市用地扩展对区域环境的种种影响，最后提出了空间潜力与环境效应制约下的乌鲁木齐发展方略。本文主要有六个部分，其中第三、四章是重点内容。第一章对国内外城市扩展研究现状进行了总结。国内的研究重点仍处在城市扩展的动态过程方面，对城市用地扩展的过程和模式、扩展的动力机制、扩展战略与对策这几个方面的研究比较成熟；国外的研究重心已经放在城市扩展预测模型方面，目前占主流的模型是CA机模型和基于GIS环境下的模型。本章最后通过对国内外研究现状的总结，得出现在城市用地扩展研究的三个新的趋向。第二章介绍了研究区域乌鲁木齐市的基本情况。对乌鲁木齐的地理位置、城市行政区、社会经济状况进行了简要介绍。另外总结了近年来以乌鲁木齐为研究对象的科研成果。第三章分析总结了近50年里乌鲁木齐城市用地扩展的动态过程。首先从区域角度分析城市建成区面积的变化过程与规律；其次从城市内部的角度分析在城市扩展过程中主要城市用地类型的分异现象；然后将城市用地的总体扩展与内部分异过程相叠加，得出不同阶段城市用地扩展的功能内涵最后分析了不同阶段对城币扩展起主导作用的动力机制。第四章探讨了乌鲁木齐城市用地扩展对城市所在区域环境的影响。首先明了城市与区域的关系；其次讨论了城市扩展导致区域农业用地减少，小气候变化、水文改变、周边景观变化等直接影响，讨论了城市扩展过程中人类活动给区域带来的大气污染，水体污染和固体污染，讨论了城市扩展过程中对区域环境的潜在影响。第五章简要提出了在空间限制与区域环境效应制约下乌鲁木齐城市发展的新模式。通过分析乌鲁木齐城市用地潜力的有限，进一步证实乌鲁木齐应该融入到区域中，与周边中小城镇实行一体化发展（乌鲁木齐都市圈发展）的必要性。并且为了避免和减轻未来潜在的环境问题，文章提出了乌鲁木齐都市圈持续发展的方略。第六章是文章的结论和讨论部分。简要列出了此项研究的近期结论，也提出了文章进一步提高所作的打算。Land Use and Land Cover Change (LUCC) is one of important factors resulting to environment change in region or global scale. Urban land expansion remarkably influences the regional environment because there are many human activity happening in urban. Recently, many scholars have studied urban expansion from different angle. This paper takes an oasis city ,Urumqi, as a study area. The process of urban expansion is analyzed from two scale: macroscopical scale in region and microcosmic scale in urban. Then explains some regional environment problems resulted from the Urumqi urban land expansion. At last, a new city development pattern is put forward to solve the space limit and environment response while city growing. There are six parts in the paper, the focus contents are Chapter 3, Chapter 4 and Chapter 5. Chapter One: The status on urban expansion research at home and abroad is summarized. In China, the process of urban dynamic expansion is still the focus for the study. The study on process, mode, mechanism and strategy for urban expansion have been make great progress. At abroad, to form the model forecasting urban expansion is emphasis. Cellular Automata model and some models built under GIS environment are two main kinds of model now. At last, we conclude new study trend on urban expansion through above analysis. Chapter Two: The base information of the study area, Urumqi city, is introduced briefly. The geography position, district range, social and economic situation are showed to reader. Additionally, the paper sums up the science achievement on Urumqi city. Chapter Three: The dynamic process of Urumqi city expansion in the past 50 years is summarized. Firstly, the expansion of Urumqi city is analyzed in macroscopical scale. Secondly, the process of some main kinds of land's transfer and centralize is explained in microcosmic scale. Thirdly, we conclude the land function in different phases by combining the urban expansion with land transfer-centralization. Finally, the dominant reasons to promote urban expansion in different phases are expatiated. Chapter Four: The regional environment response to Urumqi city growth is discussed. Based on elucidating the relationship between urban and region, the paper discusses some direct regional environment responses such as agriculture land decrease, local clime change and sight change. In addition, we study on the atmosphere pollution, water pollution and solid pollution produced by human activity when urban expands. Besides, the latent environment influence is also mentioned. Chapter Five: A new urban development pattern for Urumqi city is brought forward to solve space limit and environment response. It's necessary for Urumqi to develop with other cities and towns in a same region because the space is limited for Urumqi city expansion. What's more, the paper gives some strategies to avoid or lessen latent environment problems if Urumqi city is developing with the region around itself. Chapter Six: The part gives some important conclusion and discussion.
