英文摘要遵循元培学院的办学理念和办学模式以及个体差异性原则,从人格与决策的角度,探讨本科新生的职业/主修专业认同发展.218名本科新生完成了职业/主修专业认同发展问卷和Myers-Briggs Type Indicator-G中国版.研究结果表明,处于不同职业/主修专业认同状态的本科新生可以采取不同的"探索、决策、规划"行动,具有不同人格类型的本科新生可以通过在职业/主修专业决策实践中优化问题解决过程完善人格.研究结果提示,人格发展过程、决策过程和职业/主修专业认同发展过程是统一的.; Based on the idea and pattern for running Yuanpei College and with the principle of individual difference, this study probed into career/major identity development of college freshmen from the perspective of personality and decision making. 218 college freshmen completed the career/major identity development questionnaire and Myers Briggs Type Indicator G (Chinese Version). The results showed that college freshmen in different career/major identity status can take different action of exploration, decision making, and planning, and college freshmen with different personality types can perfect their personality through improved problem solving process in the decision making practice of career/major.
