英文摘要	In 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, residents suffered from serious damages both in material and mentality, and the psychological restoration after the earthquake should get close attention from society. In this article, common psychological problems after earthquake were carefully analyzed. From these analysis and the characteristics of Wolong special administrative region, a community reconstruction and management mode of combining 'spacial web', 'cultural web' and 'social web' was set up in order to help the residents recover from the negative effects of earthquake and bring forward a new community planning method from psychological perspective. ?2009 IEEE.; EI; 0
