英文摘要	通过对深圳当代建筑工人的城市融入状况进行调查,分析了深圳当代建筑工人在经济层面上适应城市生活的能力,同时对深圳建筑工人在社会交往、心理认知等方面的融入状况进行了研究。结果显示阻碍深圳当代建筑工人城市融入的因素是多元的,主要分为制度障碍、文化障碍和自身因素三个方面,具体反映在工资待遇、住房、子女教育和户籍制度等方面。基于调查结果,笔者从宏观、中观、微观尺度提出了建筑工人融入城市的建议途径。; This research studies on the emergence condition of the modern construction workers in Shenz- hen thoroughly from economical, social and psychological aspects. Then the article analyzes the phenomena that many workers only economically adapt to city life but so lag behind in social interaction and psycho- logical cognition that some of them even avoid merging into city life by reconstructing country society in the city. It finds out that the elements that block the integration are multi-layer, including system factor, culture factor and so on. These elements mainly reflect on incomes, housing condition, children education, household registration, etc. This paper tries to give some feasible suggestions for the workers to be integrat- ed into the city from macroscopic and microscopic perspectives.; 0; 3; 281-285; 14
