英文摘要 | For the geological complexity, uncertainty, and shortage of cognition and expression of human beings, Three-dimensional Geological Surface Modeling (3DGSM) is concerned with uncertainty analysis and quality control. Furthermore, this work is more complex than those in other applications of Geographical Information System (GIS). So model assessment and quality control are very important in 3DGSM and determine the reliability and result of 3DGSM to some extent. This paper first analyzes the sources of error in 3DGSM, which include geological complexity, cognition of human beings for geological phenomena, data sources in 3DGSM and algorithms in 3DGSM. Secondly, we propose a method system for model error evaluation. It includes white-box methods and black-box methods. The former are mainly concerned with modeling processes, while the later are concerned with modeling results. Finally, a method system for quality control is introduced.
