英文摘要	通过对国内外矿产勘查典型运作模式的分析对照，阐述二者在运作模式上和商业化运作的进程中存在的差别，并指出中国矿产勘查市场化运作的推进受限于市场主体的缺失；建议中国国有地勘单位实施境外矿产勘查战略时应研习、选择和借鉴境外矿产勘查的运作模式，并结合自身特点和长处构建“走出去”的路径和运作模式；同时，从国家层面，构建矿产勘查“走出去”的政策体系和完善市场化运作体系，是国有地勘企业“走出去”实现国际化经营迫在眉睫之需。; 中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU); 中国科技核心期刊(ISTIC); 0; 5; 31-34
