英文摘要	“走出去”是全球经济一体化对矿业企业提出的必然要求。初级矿业公司是境外商业性矿产勘查的主力军，其商业性矿产勘查主要运作模式有期权协议、私募、上市融资、合资合作勘查和通过风险机构筹资等。结合华北地勘局“走出去”的经验和启示，应着力构建国家支持矿产资源“走出去”的政策体系框架，构建中央地勘基金境外投资政策体系，探索以地勘基金为主导的运作模式。; “Going abroad” is requested of mining enterprises by the global economy. This paper introduces that junior mining companies are the main force for overseas commercial mineral exploration, and their main operation patterns include call option agreement, private placement, listing and ifnancing, joint venture and cooperation exploration, and ifnancing via venture institutions. It points out that based on the experience and inspiration of“going abroad”from North China Geological Exploration Bureau, building the system frame of national policy for supporting "going abroad" to prospect and exploit mineral resources should be stepped up efforts. At the same time, policy system concerning investment of the central geological exploration fund should be built; and exploring the operation mode of dominated by geological exploration fund.; 0; 9; 25-28
