英文摘要	文章从管理体制、规划体系、建设管理和经营等方面论述了我国风景名胜区保护利用中存在的问题，并深入分析了产生这些问题背后的原因，在此基础上提出了健全管理体制、提升从业人员素质、实行特许经营制度、对风景资源实行限制性利用、加强管理过程中的动态监测水平的风景名胜区保护管理对策。; The paper attempts to discuss the problems of scenic sites protection and utilization in management systems, planning, construction and operation, analyze the reasons and then propose countermeasures in scenic sites protection.
