英文摘要	The adaptive planning approach is used in the spatial planning of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in Yichang to explore the flexible planning strategy for the long term transition towards a low-carbon vision with deep uncertainty. Key uncertainties are identified to formulate scenario settings for analysis. An integrated model with UrbanSim and Trans CAD was built to simulate the residential and job migration in Yichang City and its impact on public transportation under different scenarios to evaluate the suitability of a strategic infrastructure plan. An adaptive pathways roadmap was illustrated in the end. This approach can be applied to most cities in China with similar data conditions.; EI; 0; 4; 647-660; 22
