英文摘要	This study focuses on Korean Public Land Development to evaluate its achievement and limits finally to draw reference for current China's land development. It proved effective to expedite large scale land development in short period of time, whereas resulting in some problems including shrinking effect of housing supply by private sector, limited role in redistribution of development gains and unstable legal status.
