英文摘要	In order to study the racemization in thioester condensation, a model coupling reaction between Boc-Ala-Ala-SCH2CH2CO-GlyOBzl and GlyOBzl . TosOH was monitored by RP-HPLC. To optimize reaction conditions, the effects of solvents, additives and bases were checked, From the results, we conclude that THF is recommendable as a solvent and when thioester : HOSu : NMM is 1 : 15 : 12(molar ratio), there is the least racemization(<2%).; Chemistry, Multidisciplinary; SCI(E); 中文核心期刊要目总览(PKU); 中国科学引文数据库(CSCD); 0; 3; 409-413; 17
