英文摘要 | Multiferroic super-lattice thin films of BaFeO3/BaTaO 3 were fabricated by the pulsed laser deposition method for the first time. X-ray diffraction and dielectric hysteresis measurements were carried out at room temperature. Temperature dependences of dielectric constant, magnetization and second harmonic generation intensities were also measured.
